Account deletion

Last updated: 2026-09-04

1. There is no account to delete

Resto has no accounts. It never asks for a name, an e-mail address or a phone number, there is no sign-in screen, and it does not create an anonymous identity behind your back either. Nothing about you is stored on any server we run, because we run none.

This page exists anyway, for two reasons. Play asks every listing to say where data deletion is explained, and you may still want to erase what the game wrote on your own phone. That part is entirely in your hands and takes one step.

2. Erase everything the game saved on Android

  1. Open Settings on the phone.
  2. Go to Apps and find Resto in the list.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Tap Clear storage (on some phones it reads Clear data) and confirm.

That deletes your best score, your run history, your unlocked cards and your settings. It cannot be undone and there is no copy anywhere else. Uninstalling the game does the same thing.

3. Erase everything the game saved on iOS

  1. Press and hold the Resto icon on the home screen.
  2. Choose Remove app, then Delete app.
  3. Confirm.

iOS removes the app together with everything it saved. There is no separate clear-data step.

4. What deleting does not touch

  • Your purchase. The full version belongs to your store account, not to the phone, so clearing data or uninstalling does not take it away. Reinstall and use the restore action to get it back. Removing the purchase itself is a refund, and only the store can do that.
  • Store-side records. Google Play and Apple keep their own record of the install and the purchase under their own policies. We have no access to those records and cannot delete them for you; you reach them through your store account.
  • E-mail you sent us. If you have written to info@dozi.app, that message sits in an ordinary mailbox. Ask and it will be deleted.

5. If you want it in writing

You can always ask us to delete data about you. The honest answer will be that there is nothing to delete, and we will say so in writing if you want it on record. Write to info@dozi.app with the package identifier com.bardino.resto.
