1. The short version

Resto is a card game made by Bardino Technology. It does not collect anything about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no cloud save, no analytics and no advertising. Everything the game remembers is written on your own phone and stays there.

That is not a promise about intent, it is a description of what is installed. The sections below say exactly what sits on the phone and why the two network permissions exist at all.

2. What the game stores on your device

All of it is written with the operating system's own preference storage, inside the app's private folder. No other app can read it, and nothing copies it off the device.

  • Your runs: your best score and the results of the runs you have played.
  • Your cards: which of the eighteen cards you have unlocked.
  • Your settings: sound, music and the language you picked.
  • One purchase flag: whether the full version has been unlocked on this device. The store is what actually owns that entitlement; the flag is only a local note so the game does not have to ask again on every launch.

There is no identifier in that list. The game does not read your advertising ID, your device ID, your phone number, your contacts, your location or your files, and it does not generate an identifier of its own.

3. What leaves your device

Nothing that describes you. The game has no server. There is no address it reports to, because there is nowhere to report to.

Two things can still cause network traffic, and both are worth naming precisely:

  • The purchase. When you buy the full version, the app store handles the whole transaction. Your payment details go to Google Play or to Apple, never to the game and never to us. What the game receives back is the answer to one question: is this product owned on this store account or not.
  • Links you tap. The Settings screen can open this website in your browser. Nothing is attached to the address; it is an ordinary link and it only opens if you tap it.

The Android package asks for the internet and network-state permissions because the billing library requires them and because opening a link needs a network. The game itself is fully playable in airplane mode.

4. What is deliberately absent

These are not features waiting to be built. They are choices, and each one is visible in the source:

  • No advertising. No ad library was ever added, so the built package carries no advertising ID permission.
  • No analytics and no crash reporting. No event is counted, no session is timed, no crash is uploaded.
  • No account and no sign-in. There is no screen anywhere in the game that asks who you are.
  • No cloud save. Your progress lives on one device. That is the honest cost of the choice above: reinstall the game and the progress is gone.
  • No social features. No friend list, no chat, no leaderboard, nothing shared with another player.

5. Children

Resto is not directed at children and is not enrolled in any families programme. It also collects nothing from anyone, of any age, so there is no children's data to handle differently.

6. Your rights

Data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection over data a company holds about you. We hold none. There is no record to retrieve, correct, export or delete, because nothing ever reached us.

Deleting what is on your own device takes one step and needs no request; the account deletion page spells it out.

7. Changes

If the game ever starts collecting something, this page changes before that version reaches the store, and the Play data safety declaration changes with it. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change to this page alone.
