Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-09-04

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Bardino Technology, the developer of Resto. Installing or playing the game means you accept them. The app store you installed from has its own terms, and those apply as well; where the store's rules and these terms disagree about a purchase, the store's rules win, because the store is the one holding the money.

2. Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Resto on devices you control. That is all it is: a licence to play. You may not resell the game, publish a modified build, take it apart to make a competing product, or strip out the purchase check.

The game, its rules, its artwork, its sounds and its name belong to Bardino Technology. Recording your own play and publishing it, in a video or a stream, is fine and needs no separate permission.

3. The one purchase

There is a single in-app product, com.bardino.resto.full. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

  • It unlocks the seven rare cards for the deck.
  • It is tied to your store account, not to the phone. Reinstalling on the same store account restores it; the game has a restore action for exactly that.
  • The price is set per country by the store and you see it before you confirm.
  • There is no other purchase in the game: no coins, no energy, no loot box, no season pass, no advertising to remove because there is no advertising.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. Google Play and the App Store each run their own refund process and their own time limits, and both are reachable from your purchase history. We cannot reverse a charge we never received.

4. Your progress is yours to lose

Progress is written on your device only. There is no cloud copy and no way for us to restore one, because we never had it. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage or losing the phone loses the progress with it. The purchase survives all three, because the store remembers it.

5. What the game promises

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of faults, that it will run on every device or every future operating system version, or that it will stay available in every country. Store availability is a decision the store can also make on its own.

To the extent the law allows, Bardino Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement, and in Turkey the consumer protection legislation applies in full.

6. Ending it

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may stop distributing new versions or withdraw the game from a store. If that happens, a copy already installed keeps working for as long as your device and operating system let it run.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top, and continuing to play after that means accepting it.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Questions go to info@dozi.app.
